My Goals For This Program
Sticking with a lifestyle change is often the hardest part for me. I can often commit a week or two of laser focus to starting a diet. But, after that the hunger and craving just seem to derail me. I can’t seem to stick with the tough restraints.
And so, I have a hard time sticking to diets, and get bored and discouraged easily. And my nighttime cravings are the worst! I am excited to debunk diet myths about eating later in the evening. I want to see if this helps me to achieve a better relationship with food and fueling my body.

I’m so glad you found this article interesting Maria. It definitely has some tips and tricks I’ve never heard of before. I think my favorite is incorporating intermittent fasting with big dinners! Keeps me nice and full while giving me lots of energy throughout the day 🙂
